Shawn's First Day at Carmel High School

Shawn called when he got home from school.  He said he had "an absolutely amazing day and can't wait to go back tomorrow."  He thinks the study class will be really helpful.  He said a ton of people knew who he was already, including teachers, because his friend, CJ, talks about him so much.  He said it was awesome, that he'd tell someone his name, and they'd say, 'Oh, YOU'RE Shawn Wilson!"  His only issue was with that Braxton kid who was talking crap about him.  I said to just ignore it, that he's most likely threatened by him.  Shawn said, 'oh yeah, he's afraid of me."  I said to leave it alone.  he said, "So, let's say if something were to happen..." he laughed and I said, "if something were to happen, just remember you have to come home to deal with US."  He said, "Yeah, I'd be in trouble."   I haven't heard him that excited in a long time.  He was just so...enthusiastic.  He thinks that study class will help him.  He said he might need my help to edit a paper he has to write.  He likes how they do the classes.
